POLICY

LIMITED WARRANTY ___________________________________________ This Limited Warranty is made and effective from date of purchase. 1.LIMITED WARRANTY: EMAZ warrants that its products will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written material from the date of receipt and that the medium on which the Product is contained will be free from manufacture defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a limited period of 90 days. 2.CUSTOMER REMEDIES: EMAZ and its suppliers’ entire liability and the Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at EMAZ”s option, either (A) return products for full refund less shipping, or (B) repair or replacement of original product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and was returned to EMAZ along with a copy of customers receipt. This Limited Warranty is invalid if failure of this product has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse of any kind. NOTE: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries or any products used to enhance product performance. Replacement product warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or thirty days whichever is longer. 3.NO LIBALITY FOR DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT SHALL EMAZ OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHAT SO EVER. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL INCIDENTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF INFORMATION, BREAKAGE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE IMPROPER USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF EMAZ IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN ANY CASE, EMAZ AND ITS SUPPLIERS ENTIRE LIBIALTY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED ONLY TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCTS.
